When will I receive my items?
 

Digital items are sent within 24 hours of purchase by email. Note that events and workshops take place on the stated date and time. For pre-orders, you can expect that the items will be mailed no sooner than the date of public release, whenever that may be. Custom Orders such as talismans, hand sewn items, and so on, ship according to the details of your invoice, or 30 days. All others ship no later than two weeks of the date of your order, on the nearest Monday (rounding up), unless otherwise stated. Mortellus utilizes USPS ground shipping, and does provide tracking. If you have a special request for shipping or an international order, please reach out prior to placing your order.

Please note before ordering:

It is not illegal to own human remains in the United States, though some states (Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee) have restrictions, which is why Mortellus cannot ship some items to those areas. You are responsible for checking your local laws and regulations before ordering, determining whether any items you order are allowed in your area.

Mortellus does not accept responsibility for any items that are returned, seized by any regulatory authority (such as customs), and does not offer refunds in these instances.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

If you have booked a workshop or event and find that you cannot attend, please note that events are not refundable, but are transferable. Please reach out to Mortellus by email if you need to transfer your ticket to another person, and include the recipients name and email address. Mortellus always attempts to record classes, and in the event that a recording is made available Mortellus will reach out with details. Recordings are not guaranteed.
